Bought my Explorer ST from Valley Ford and the process was simple, quick, and easy. Addressed all my questions with detailed answers. I had a trade in and ZPlan and that process was simple and easy. Couple months after I bought it I had a recall notice and a service issue. Took it to the dealership with no prior appointment set and the service manager and the gals in the office all were very polite and super helpful. The communicated with me via text throughout the process which was great and didn’t leave me wondering what was going on. Fixed the issues and got my vehicle back to me as quickly as they could. What could have been a rough process after only 7k miles turned out to be painlessly simple because of the folks working there. In the market for a new car or need service on your existing vehicle?
