Double the service lessen the wait I brought the car in for an oil change and they found a recall. They were able to address the recall issue and it avoided a second trip. Wonderful Experience and Excellent Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Valley Cadillac. Just purchased a new 2017 CT6. I worked with Timothy Rugenstien. Timothy was very helpful and I had a wonderful experience at Valley Cadillac. Just purchased a new 2017 CT6. I worked with Timothy Rugenstien. Timothy was very helpful and worked diligently to get me into the CT6. He listened to exactly what I wanted and worked hard to get it to fit into my budget. He was very knowledgeable of the features and and all of the options. He went over all of the options and features carefully. He took the extra time to explained and demonstrated the features in details. He made the experience very enjoyable. I love my new CT6 and feel that i got a Great deal. Tim is a wonderful saleman. He is very professional, personable and honest. When I came in to pick up my new CT6, I was pleasantly greeted by the wonderful ,owner, Edward Meagher, I appreciate the personal, friendliest and professionalism of the entire staff. My previous car ( XTS) was purchased from Valley Cadillac and I will continue to purchase my car from Valley Cadillac. BTW: the Service Department is exceptional. I love working with the Blue Team I would recommend Valley Cadillac and Timothy Rugenstien to sll my friends. More
