We did everything that you asked. Then you wanted more and more after you purchased the car. Eventually we were going to have to say no, that is enough. You were disrespectful to my employees and to myself the owner. You verbally attacked me in my service lane and made customers and employees extremely uncomfortable. All we asked for was to replace 2 bad tires ? Then we pick up the car & it’s got a dent ! Are you kidding me ! And all you say is...you can barely see it !! And you verbally attacked us ....! & what’s more & more ? We didn’t ask you for a xxxx thing , except fix the dent you made ! You replaced 2 tires worn tires & you damage our car ! Nice way to run a business & treat your customers, so what else did you do , and did we ask for ? I would like an answer , what did we ask for & what did you do for us ! The car wasn’t even washed. ,! Good way to cover the dent , we pick up a dirty car, covered in snow ! AND we said nothing to your employees, but you put on a good show for everyone.... screaming , are you f@#xxxxx threatening me ?.. He didn’t threatened you ....by the way, I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on valley Cadillac & their all about you...the owner ! We never had any problems for 7 yrs , but we never met you ! Valley Cadillac did not sell you a car with a bent exhaust. You have been driving your car since April 2018 with no issues that you have had to pay for. Unfortunately for you, not all businesses will pay your bills because you leave bad reviews about events that are not true.
