I have yet to get a return phone call from service dept regarding questions pertaining to my 2020 CT5. Left messages on 6/8 and 2 additional messages on 7/7…which also involved a receptionist who assured regarding questions pertaining to my 2020 CT5. We had a great experience buying a car there 7 yrs ago , just traded it in & it went from bad to worse , 1st we notice the car had 2 new tires & 2 worn tires , they acted like they did us a favor by replaci just traded it in & it went from bad to worse , 1st we notice the car had 2 new tires & 2 worn tires , they acted like they did us a favor by replacing them , which were not replaced by new tires, just better, we pick it up , and because it was left outside in the snow , we didn’t notice there was a dent in it till we got home , we were pretty much told , tough.... go to xxxx , it’s to bad, if they didn’t put crappy tires on it to begin with , that never would have happened, and we don’t appreciate being called liars ! After weeks of searching and getting the run around at multiple dealerships, I stumbled across exactly what I was looking for at Valley Cadillac. I made an inquiry online and received a response from Xavi multiple dealerships, I stumbled across exactly what I was looking for at Valley Cadillac. He answered all my questions, had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived and when I came in to pick it up he had everything ready to go. Literally took 15 min to sign the paperwork and do a quick walk around and I was on my way. He was awesome and I’ll be back when it time to upgrade! More
Stay Away!! I was very disappointed with this experience. I found an Audi A4 I wanted here, and I was excited to pick it up. Even though I knew exactly what I wan I was very disappointed with this experience. I found an Audi A4 I wanted here, and I was excited to pick it up. Even though I knew exactly what I wanted, it took forever. It was because my sales guy was with another customer, and I had to wait, even though three other guys were just sitting around. Then, the battery in my key fob died two days after I picked it up. I called, and they guy told me that they don't carry that part, so I should go to Radio Shack to get a battery. They've only been bankrupt for five years. Then they nut that holds the spare in place was cracked. They pointed me to the Audi dealership, and it turned out warranty didn't cover it. I paid for the part and let Valley know. They assured me they were sending me a check to cover that part. They only sent me the check after months went by and I left a bad review. I found out later that the exhaust was bent from an accident that happened before I bought the car. This will cost $1,600 to fix, and they have refused to cover it. Stay away from this dealership. More

He was complimentary about my research and knowledge about the vehicle and stayed an hour past closing time to close the deal, and the following day all the DMV, financing, and trade-in paperwork was complete. He even had the car cleaned and gas topped off for me at pickup. He was an absolute gentleman and patient with all my questions. I would do business again with him in the future. Highly recommended! Completely Satisfied! During my car search I had called several local dealers inquiring about models and cost. All dealers gave me the information I needed and then just hung up. I spoke to Xavier Cox and he was the only sales person that asked me to come in. He had my attention by mentioning different financing options and vehicles he had to choose from. He was very professional and knowledgeable about Cadillacs. I am extremely happy he was able to find a way that I could purchase my dream car and within my budget. I would also like to mention that Jonathan Stubbe went above and beyond preparing my car for delivery. It was sparkling inside and out! I’m a very satisfied customer who would highly recommend Xavier Cox to anyone who is looking for good customer service and knowledge! More

Insufficient Service to my Car After buying my car at the end of August, my transmission slipped while in 5pm traffic on the highway in October. I have been back and forth to Valle After buying my car at the end of August, my transmission slipped while in 5pm traffic on the highway in October. I have been back and forth to Valley since then for various issues including leaks in the EVAP pump (which was fixed twice) and a leaking radiator. My car was a 2015 bought in 2017 with only 15,000 miles. I am still having issues with my car and feel that I am not getting adequate service because my car is not a Cadillac. On top of that, every time I need a loaner car there is an issue either with the loaner itself (one loaner I got was smoking from the hood) or because I am not a Cadillac car driver, there may not be a loaner car available for me. I have missed time from work or my boyfriend has spent all day at Valley after an overnight shift waiting for repairs to be completed only to have to return the car a few days later. I am very upset. Scott Robbins and Lashay Cox have been amazing throughout this experience. More
