Great dealership! The sales rep did not pester me, making me feel like they were talking for no reason. Facility was clean. Only 1 person was available and we were there really late. He did a great job and it was not his fault that 3 other people came in to purchase cars at the same time. However, it took 4 hours and it was past 1030pm when we finally left. More

Jazmin Sifuentes worked with me over a period of a few days setting up an appointment.. When I checked in on the day of the appointment, she recognized me and was ready to sign me in. She kept me in the l days setting up an appointment.. When I checked in on the day of the appointment, she recognized me and was ready to sign me in. She kept me in the loop while I waited for the completion of the services being done on my Buick. The one step in the service that I had concerns about was the intermittent failure of the shift nobb not going into the parking mode. Either Jazmin Sifuentes or the mechanic did some research and found that it was a known problem and what was required to correct the problem. That was good news,, but even better news was that Jazmin had contacted my extended warranty provider and found the repair of the shift nobb was covered under that policy, Jazmin Sifuentes did, in my opinion, an outstanding job!!! We are now waiting for the part(s) to arrive so that I can bring my Buick back to complete the repair. More

I was first attracted to Valley GMC due to the amount of inventory they had on their website. Once on the lot I was approached by Justin and from the first introduction to the close of a deal, Justin was v inventory they had on their website. Once on the lot I was approached by Justin and from the first introduction to the close of a deal, Justin was very helpful and accommodating with NO pressure. He took the time to show me many different truck choices and encouraged me to drive them all. Justins interest truly seemed to be in seeing me in the right vehicle vs just making a sale..
