New Acadia Valley Buick GMC I didn’t want to trade in my Ridgeline, but my husband said it was time. I reviewed vehicles and local dealerships online and in person. I walked in lost and was greeted by “the Finance Guy” his words, and guided to Morgan Sargeson. She is professional and friendly. Morgan is the only salesperson I encountered at 4 dealerships who actually acted as though she were going to sell me a vehicle! Morgan listened, asked questions and searched for vehicles that were appropriate answers to my needs and dreams. She encouraged me to test drive an Acadia and Terrain. We talked about colors AND equipment. Morgan made the effort to connect with me, get my information and contact me. She answered important questions and silly questions and has made clear she will continue to be available for questions and comments. She never gave up but never made me or my husband feel pressured to purchase. Morgan always appeared honest, forthcoming and sincere. When we finally decided and made the leap, Morgan and “the finance guy” stayed late to make sure our financing cleared so we could drive home and leave on vacation in our new Acadia on a Saturday night. Valley Buick GMC has a clear direct website that does not have any gimmicky portions requiring you provide information to get pricing or vehicle data. I felt comfortable and secure in my decision. Great place to buy a car!! We were looking for a used truck, and found a great deal on a 2013 Ford. The dealer negotiated a fair price, listened to what we needed, and delivered! We have traditionally been a Buick/Chevy/GM family and when we get ready to buy a new car, we will come back. We live in Rochester but this place was well worth the drive. The salesman, Conner was great, and he has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. It was nice to see the salesman also do whatever it takes, cleaned the car, wrote up the deal, etc. It’s a family owned business, not a mill where you are turned over to person after person to buy a car. I highly suggest this place. More
