Jon is the rudest person I have EVER spoke with in a dealership environment. I had a warranty-able issue with my vehicle, then Jon wanted to argue with me without even seeing the vehicle himself and acc dealership environment. I had a warranty-able issue with my vehicle, then Jon wanted to argue with me without even seeing the vehicle himself and accuse me of causing something to create the issues I came in to have addressed. I would never again step foot in this service department after speaking with this unprofessional jerk. Not to mention his advisor told me they didn't even have time to look at the issue I scheduled a time slot to come in and have my vehicle fixed. After he told me he won't cover my issue under warranty, he tried quoting me 2 hours of labor for something that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Terrible person. Terrible service manager. More
I recently made an ID4 purchase. I really enjoyed working with my salesperson- Azadoria, Dan - the sales manager, and the finance manager at Valenti VW in Mystic. There was one sligh I really enjoyed working with my salesperson- Azadoria, Dan - the sales manager, and the finance manager at Valenti VW in Mystic. There was one slight thing that came up toward the end of the sale, but the team took care of things, and worked together to make it right. Great attention to me as a customer. Brought my Jetta in for a specific problem and service. After $2300 plus worth of work and being told it was all set, I picked up the car and it was literally worse then when brought it there. Drove it right back to them couldn't get any one to even come out and look at it. They called me the next day and wanted to do $2900 more worth of repairs. Never even got to speak with the service manager or technician about the car. Never again! More

Everything was done through text/email and they were very straight forward, no gimmicks just there. Frank is a grade A salesman- you really cant find a better salesman in this business, I've purchased over 20 Volkswagens and hes truly a caring guy who actually enjoys what he does and is very accommodating to his customers. Also, the finance guy Kevin was also grade A. Stayed late to get the deal done, very patiently. I recently purchased my previously leased 2017 Passat, but am very dissatisfied with the financial transaction for that purchase. The CPO and extended warranties are confusing and were not fully explained but am very dissatisfied with the financial transaction for that purchase. The CPO and extended warranties are confusing and were not fully explained, resulting in expensive, doubtful, and likely unnecessary coverage of warranties that overlap. I was also charged for vehicle etching (an insurance policy for theft) that already had taken place when the vehicle was leased. More
