A Visit to Remember at Valencia BMW I had a flat tire just before Thanksgiving. I wanted to go to Valencia BMW right away, but it was a busy time. I wasn’t sure how busy they were, so I looked online just before Thanksgiving. I wanted to go to Valencia BMW right away, but it was a busy time. I wasn’t sure how busy they were, so I looked online for an appointment. The earliest one was Friday, after Thanksgiving. Previously, Bill Parks had been my go-to person for all car-related issues, so I reached out to him once more. This time, my call was answered by Jonathan, another member of the Valencia BMW team. To my surprise, Jonathan invited me to come in despite the busy holiday schedule. Upon arrival, Jonathan's warm greeting was a pleasant start. He discovered that the necessary part wasn't in stock, but he went above and beyond by offering a loaner car for my use until my own vehicle was repaired. And my car was ready by Friday, just as Jonathan had promised. Voila! Buck, the sales guy, is great, and so is Jonathan in the service department. Valencia BMW is a bit far from my house, but I like going there. They consistently provide me with top-notch service. Highly recommended! More

A little disappointed. I took my car there because of squeaky front brakes. The car is less than a year-old and only has 2300 miles. The service department kept it for 5 days, only to be told it is normal for the breaks on the M cars to squeal. A total waste of my time as I had to drive all the way from Lancaster twice just to hear that. I also called several times to check on the status of the repairs, no answer, messages not returned. No, I do not recommend it. More
