When I pick it up after the repair,the engine was dusty and inside the car was also dirty. Repair was very expensive for timing chain/belt,but the service employee, Mr. Schwartz was excellent with his serv and inside the car was also dirty. Easy to make an appointment. Convienent location. Upon arrival a service worker directed me to park. As I exited my car the service advisor happened to be at the podium. I Highly recommend this place. I will always purchase my vehicle here. I especialy like their service department! I go only to Jesse. I was unhappy about the fact that . I just purchased my 2016 328I, which only had 42,000 miles, in April and I had to pay $227 to have the brake fluid done. I asked for help with problems I am having with the online App. Every feature says that the system is temporarily down for maintenance and I have been getting this message for nearly three months but unfortunately, no one at the dealership was available to help neither of the two visits I had there. This is my second BMW. My 650I was the most beautiful car but was unreliable and needed constant repairs. No BMW’s more for me. When i’m spending the money it cost to drive a BMW I expect the service to be better than what I received from Toyota. More
