I live in Lancaster and been Valencia BMW customer since 2005 and I never get disappointed by their customer service. I recently brought my X2 for service and service advisor Mr. Perez took good care of me 2005 and I never get disappointed by their customer service. I came in for a windshield replacement and had a pleasant drop-off experience and cheerfully left with my loaner vehicle provided. There were unfortunate delays with the replacement windshield and appreciate drop-off experience and cheerfully left with my loaner vehicle provided. There were unfortunate delays with the replacement windshield and appreciated being informed every step of the way. Once it was ready I had an expedient check-out with the helpful and kind cashier. The new windshield installed looked great and my car was cleaned and looked brand new. Thank you everyone for the great customer service, I left with a big smile on my face. 😀 More
