I worked with Client Advisor Robert Perez on my car service. I had an amazing exerience with Robert. He was personable, quick, knowledgable, helpful on other questions on my warranties and I am very ha service. I had an amazing exerience with Robert. I had a puncture but due to my work schedule I had wait till the following Monday to get my car serviced. When I got in, they were happy to see me and got my paperwork started to resolve my issue. I had to contact the other dealership to get a copy of my Road Hazard Plus, but once Valencia BMW had the copy, they were off and running. I took their shuttle home, which had a very nice man at the wheel. I was out with some friends for an early dinner when I got the call that my car was ready for pickup! She was washed and vacuumed and with the new tires, looked great! I have nothing but praise for everyone at Valencia BMW! They were courteous, valued me and my time and on top of that, they did a great job! More
Very disappointed in them. We brought our car in with an appointment and had to wait as they were running late. Not a big deal but a sign of what was to come. The advisor said he would have word for us by midafternoon. I figured that would be around 3 PM. At 330 I called and tried to reach him, got a voice mail. Voicemail at 4. Voicemail at 430. Voicemail at 5. At that point I asked for the service manager who apologized profusely and said he would call me in about 5 minutes with an update. I never heard back from him again despite several attempts to reach him. We finally got a call at 645 PM. So much for "midafternoon". The excuse was that every time he was going to call us someone came up to his desk. Well, how about let them wait for a minute instead of making me wait for hours? And by that time of day there was no way to actually get any work done as they closed at 7 PM. We picked the car up the next day and will have the work done elsewhere. Oh, we did have one item fixed, a taillight for safety, and it came in at twice the quoted price. I don't care how busy they were - if the service manager promises to call in 5 minutes he should keep that promise, not drop off the face of the Earth. More
I drive all the way from Tehachapi just to have my BMW serviced at this dealer. This was the 1st time i was not too satisfied with the experience. My on line appt i requested a loaner car. I had to pay to get a car from Enterprise for the day. After 5 hours the tech. was not able to find the issue with my car. More

I believe the mechanical service I was delivered for my car is good. However, not being a mechanic myself, it’s difficult to tell. However overall, the general environment of the dealership is quite haughty. Almost as if I wasn’t “good enough” to be there. In addition, the prices of labor and parts are astronomically high for no apparent reason other than that it’s BMW. The service agent who assisted me even said that he would have to try and convince a service technician to work on my car because it was a 2015 model and the mechanical issue was a difficult one. More
