What can I say about Valencia BMW that I haven't said before....... Their service, service advisors (especially Robert Perez), customer service and their mechanics form a team that it's unbeatable. I took my vehicle with a broken fuel door release rod bushing that needed to be replaced immediately. Robert Perez made time for me to bring in my car and advised me that the job would take about 2 hours. One hour after my car was taken in it was returned to me looking like nothing ever happened. Wheter it's for regular scheduled service or anything else that my car needs my only choice is Valencia BMW. They know how to take care of their customers. More
