Bad customer service no feedback and return statement not correct spoke to the person doing the inspection about the tire, I had full coverage for tire and he still charged me? What gives. More

DR responded

The attempt to make it right was even more ridiculous than the service. I was given a general number to call instead of the GM's direct line. I tried calling multiple times a day for five days, but no one ever picked up the phone, and I always ended up in Jason's voicemail (Service Manager). Finally, today, a salesperson (Chris) picked up the phone and mentioned that the GM is on vacation and has been for a while. Why would you waste my time and ask me to call to talk to the GM then?
