THIS DEALERSHIP IS NOT CLIENT CENTRIC; SERVICE MANAGER IS RUDE; ATTITUDE OF INDIFFERENCE, AND MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING WAS PATHETIC. I RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AT A COST RUDE; ATTITUDE OF INDIFFERENCE, AND MY EXPERIENCE THIS MORNING WAS PATHETIC. I RECEIVED A PROMOTIONAL VOUCHER FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND FILTER AT A COST OF $99.95. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO, AND TODAY WHEN ARRIVING, THE SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE VOUCHER, INDICATING COST WAS INCREASED BY $20.00. WHEN ASKING FOR THE GENERAL MANAGER, WAS TOLD HE IS NOT IN TODAY. I ASKED TO CALL THE REGIONAL MANAGER, AND HE DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE THE PREMISES. HE EVEN THREATENED TO CALL THE LOCAL SHERIFF'S DEPT.. SAD AND PATHETIC. THE LOSS OF A LONG TIME CLIENT OVER $20.00. I HAVE BOTH THE VOUCHER AND EMAIL FROM THE APPOINTMENT MANAGER CONFIRMING THAT I QUALIFIED FOR THIS PROMOTION. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT THEMSELVES. MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE WILL BE DONE AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. HE LAUGHED AND WAS CONDONSCENDING. HE COULD CARE LESS. THE SERVICE MANAGER SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR HIS BEHAVIOR. I AM INFLUENCIAL IN THE COMMUNITY, AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD. OTHER'S MUST KNOW THAT THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE CLIENT. SENIOR MANAGEMENT SHOULD READ THIS REVIEW, AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION. Purchased a car with Valencia BMW less than a month ago, barely a week after the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealer and explained I had checked what the light was indicating, the service barely a week after the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealer and explained I had checked what the light was indicating, the service advisor Roberto Perez who assisted me, had assisted me on another service request for another vehicle prior a while back and it’s the 2nd time I’ve had him and it just seems like every time it’s warranty related he gets a xxxx attitude. No people skills, guy acts like he’s paying for the service out of his pocket! He sent me on the way home Friday saying everything checks out fine was just a one time fluke, “we cleared the check engine light” just to have the check engine light come back on in less than 24 hrs, now I have had to make a second trip back take more time, I’m not sure how this advisor has managed to be there this long. It’s a poor indicator of leadership! More
My service adviser was Roberto and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was kind, patient and allowed me to show him what the problem with my car was. I had the complete opposite experience at a different to work with. He was kind, patient and allowed me to show him what the problem with my car was. I had the complete opposite experience at a different dealership which is what led me to go to the Valencia dealership. I would recommend them to all my fellow BMW drivers! More
Brought my car for regular maintenance, and was disappointed that I couldn't get a loaner car to go to work.
