I asked the salesman why the vehicle was not certified but he said he didn't know but it was probably a money issue. The car fax showed that the front tires were replaced and I asked the salesman why but but he said he didn't know but it was probably a money issue. With only 13,810 miles, the tires should not have been replaced so I assumed that the might have been a problem with the front end (maybe this is why the vehicle was not certified.) Needless to say, there is a problem with vibration on the steering wheel when slightly turning left or right. Now I have to take the vehicle to my local BMW dealer to find out what is wrong? I believe someone at the dealership knew there was a problem with the front end and failed to let us know. I believe we were deceived.by someone at the dealership. This is very disappointing and am deceiving your customers is certainly not the way to build trust and confidence in your customers, not to mention honesty in business. We were looking at replacing another BMW that we have but I certainly look elsewhere because I feel you cannot be trusted. More
Purchased a car from this dealership in CA. They quickly took my money but did not ship a title with the car. It is sitting in my garage, unusable.
