He drove my new leased vehicle out to me and did all the paperwork with me at home. In addition to that, he worked late nights putting all my information together while communicating with me and my father on a very consistent and personal basis. He tried more than his best to give me everything I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new car. In addition to the business side, he was also very warm, friendly, and personable. I would be more than happy to recommend Valencia BMW to anyone based on the service that I received from Hamid Osati. I don't know what I would have done without him. He really saved the day for us!
