I was very pleased with the service provided by Chandi and the entire finance department. This was my first time buying a BMW, and they made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, as if I had been a and the entire finance department. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. While there were a few things that could be improved, the positives far outweighed the negatives.
