Happy I had one heck of an experience at Toyota. I went to purchase a car and because my credit was a little challenged I was afraid I would be told no agai I had one heck of an experience at Toyota. Listen, when I tell you my salesperson Steve Pickles, internet sales manager Tony Dipasquale, and Brandon Mock worked together as a team to make me part of the Toyota family they did that. Not only was I able to get a new 2017 Corolla but I was also to have payment under what I originally wanted. If you are in the market for a vehicle please go see Valdosta Toyota. They will take good care of you. I am so happy to be part of the Toyota family. I will definitely be returning to buy future cars from them. Thank you so much for the friendly staff as well as the snacks provided while waiting. More
Tried to rip me off For the second time I went to this establishment to see if they had changed in a few years. I went and asked for the rep that I had previous good exp For the second time I went to this establishment to see if they had changed in a few years. I went and asked for the rep that I had previous good experiences with (I have bought 3 cars from Valdosta Toyota in the past). I was advised that he no longer worked there. I thought, no problem still the same process. WRONG! Asked for a value on my truck. They got in my truck and drove it, not surprising. They sat me at a desk and I waited. When they returned the salesman started to get my information. Again no problems, I know what E-leads is..... He then wants my personal information, and I tell him no. I was not going to finance through them, as I already had a bank that I trusted, USAA. He seemed offended. He then printed the sales estimates and put it on the table. Now I have done my research. The vehicle I was asking about was $12,999 on Autotrader. He quotes it at $14,999. I call him on it and he gives me some excuse about an external advertisement company. IF I CAN SEE A VEHICLE ON AUTOTRADER, WHY CANT THE DEALER! I then ask him about the trade value, and he informs me that there are issues with my truck. I stare at him, as my truck was just serviced and everything checked fine. He then gets up and goes to the sales manager to adjust the wrong price. Note the "trade difference" on the first one was $"8000". He then returns with the proper sale price of the vehicle and I see the "trade difference" is $"8999". The overall price only changed $500. So not being an idiot I grabbed the paper and said that they were trying to rip me off, and left. NEVER AGAIN. Drove to Imperial Auto Sales, got a great deal, $3000 more on my trade, not over charged on all of the fees, and was treated like human being with a brain. More
