I was Lost in the Dealership. I gave a 3 rating,because I contacted dealership by text to schedule an appointment on Monday the 5/21 but did not get scheduled till I sent a second I gave a 3 rating,because I contacted dealership by text to schedule an appointment on Monday the 5/21 but did not get scheduled till I sent a second request today5/24. They were able to get me in the same day. The service rep was polite and helped me with the door. And showed me where I could eat my lunch. The waiting room and rest room was clean and accommodating. My only problem was it took too long. Over three hours. But my paperwork went to the wrong rep. So it may have been done hours ago but no one notified me, til I asked if he forgot me...he did.🤔 More

Honest Service desk Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and assumed I needed an alignment. After the service was done on my car, I went to pay and was told that t Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and assumed I needed an alignment. After the service was done on my car, I went to pay and was told that that was my last free service. I thought I already had gotten it. Also was told I wasn't ready for an alignment, I just needed my tires rotated. I wasn't charged and could've told me I needed one and took my money but they didn't. That says a lot about the service and technician personnel. I will continue to give them my service. Happy customer !! More
Excellent customer service I’ve always found it a drudgery taking a vehicle to a service center. Usually it takes days for an appointment and a waste of a day waiting for the co I’ve always found it a drudgery taking a vehicle to a service center. Usually it takes days for an appointment and a waste of a day waiting for the completed service. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander and have brought it in twice for scheduled maintenance. Appointments have always been next day service and quick to get it in and complete. The staff is courteous and very efficient. They know how to do it right. More

Looking for just the right Truck Toyota of Valdosta gets a "5" STAR rating because we were greeted by a courteous salesman named Ron Dehoff. He asked what type vehicle we were inte Toyota of Valdosta gets a "5" STAR rating because we were greeted by a courteous salesman named Ron Dehoff. He asked what type vehicle we were interested in and proceeded to show us the four wheel drive crew cab trucks we asked about. We looked at several trucks he asked if we wanted to drive the one we were looking at. He was very knowledgeable about all the details of the truck. We told him we liked the truck but we were not going to make a decision we wanted to look at other options. He did not try to pressure us into buying saying he understood. Ron was very helpful. We looked at several other trucks each one had good points and bad points. However we decided that the Toyota Tundra Crew Cab we were looking at was the best one for us. We are now ready for Ron to start the process of getting our truck. He had Mr.Bill Bowler talk with us. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We appreciate his help very much. The deal is done and we go see Brandon Mock to complete the transaction. Brandon was very helpful by going over detail making sure we understood and also offered other helpful advice before we signed our sales agreements. Once again Ron, Mr Bill & Brandon thank you for all of your help. We look forward to enjoying our truck many many years. Thanks again Ron for all your help . You did an outstanding job.
