Warranty Service Work - 2012 SRX Paint Finish As I attempted to describe through your portal immediately after the warranty work was completed I will restate our experience as follows: My wife an As I attempted to describe through your portal immediately after the warranty work was completed I will restate our experience as follows: My wife and I brought our 2012 SRX to Val Ward service area for Jimmy Fleming to view. Jimmy immediately determined that the paint is under warranty and that he would coordinate with Ned at the body shop at Val Ward to schedule the work be done. Ned greeted my wife and I, gave me a thorough assessment of the work to be done, set us up with a 2017 SRX as a courtesy to us for the work to be done. The work was done on schedule as promised and we are thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and work that had been done. Tony and service manager I went to your service department with regard to a recall on my CTS. My service representative, Tony, and his boss (who's name I cannot remember) wer I went to your service department with regard to a recall on my CTS. My service representative, Tony, and his boss (who's name I cannot remember) were very helpful. I had my vehicle checked by a repair shop near my home and 3 error codes came up which were erased so I could drive it home. The next day I brought it to the dealership and the error codes would not come up. I was upset that I couldn't have the recall fixed but they explained to me the reasons why and told me when it happens again, and it will, to bring it in and they would check it for the error codes (which are required for this particular recall), and repair it. They offered me a rental for a day so they could drive my car in the remote chance it would happen again. I appreciated the offer but told them I didn't want to waste their time. They could not have been more accommodating. More
