Craig is great! Every time I go to Val Ward for service (I bought my car there so it is the only place I go), I have a wonderful experience. This time was no excepti Every time I go to Val Ward for service (I bought my car there so it is the only place I go), I have a wonderful experience. This time was no exception. I went to Craig on Monday to ask about service on my 2016 SRX and he said, "we can do it today!" I left the dealership in a gorgeous XT5 loaner and was back in a few days to pick up my own car. My car had needed the roof rails replaced and had some scratches that needed repainting. The car looks perfect and I am very happy with it. Craig was the best service person ever! Thank you Val Ward!
