Better Than I Expected! I had been having my Certified Pre Owned CTS serviced at a non Cadillac GM dealer for convenience rather than driving to Fort Myers. They had been add I had been having my Certified Pre Owned CTS serviced at a non Cadillac GM dealer for convenience rather than driving to Fort Myers. They had been addressing one particular problem for months with no success. After they had my car for three days, they assured me it had been fixed. Nope! I finally decided I had to make the drive to Val Ward, I thought I might have better success with a Cadillac dealer. I originally went there for only maintenance services but the service adviser, Craig Doucette assured me that if I had any issues at all they would be happy to address them so I told them about my unresolved issue that had been previously addressed and one other issue. With that info he told me that it may take a day or two to resolve them and sent me home in a courtesy vehicle. I left the dealership at approximately 1:30pm. I received a phone call at 8:30 the next morning from Craig telling me that my car was ready. My thought was,"Here I go again, how could they possibly have fixed a problem that I had been living with for months in just a few hours?" i reluctantly drove back to Val Ward to pick up my car. i couldn't believe it...fixed! Finally! At this point I can't say enough about their service. And the courtesy transportation department was awesome! More
