Good Morning Anthony! We appreciate your visit and your due diligence regarding your vehicle. Every member of our staff is a consumer as well, so we can certainly appreciate shopping around! I spoke with your service advisor and our parts department manager after reading your note and there definitely seems to be something different between the official OEM parts we quoted you vs your mentioned price of $350. I’m not sure if the part you referenced is an aftermarket alternative, a refurbished unit, or a different/incomplete part altogether, but what I can say is that our dealership cost on your required parts (Before any profit) is not only higher than $350, it is *Substantially* higher. As a Cadillac Dealership, we use only factory replacement parts in our repairs, which are installed by world-class, factory-trained technicians. You may pay a little more than a value alternative shop, but we feel the benefits gained to the consumer and vehicle are worth it in the long run. In the case of your dash piece specifically, our Parts Manager has personally called around the nation on a number of occasions searching for an OEM, in-stock item we could ship down to Florida but thus far, hasn’t been successful in locating one. We also have a special-order case open in an attempt to escalate your delivery as soon as one becomes available. As of this note, our system is indicating expected availability in early September.
