Good Afternoon Daniel, We are sorry to see your note. When you came in with a tire sensor concern, your info screen indicated a problem with one of your front TPMS sensors. Since tire sensors are subjected to so much road abuse and vibration, this is not an uncommon occurrence. Typically, this means the sensors either need a simple recalibration with the vehicle or ultimately replacement if the problem persists. When our advisor attempted to do this with your vehicle, every sensor re-programmed successfully except for one of your back wheels. Consistent failures to recalibrate indicate a need for replacement, which is why we recommended this service to you. Another thing we see with regularity involves other service centers rotating a customer’s tires but failing to reprogram the TPMS sensors afterwards. If this happens, the vehicles systems could indicate a fault with a front sensor, even though that sensor was physically now located on a tire in the back. Without recalibration, the vehicle does not know any better. We have a great group of people here at our company who would like nothing more than to assist you in any way that they can during your visit with us; However, the one thing we will not tolerate is erratic behavior and aggressive profanity directed towards our employees. Any questions or concerns over any facet of business with us would have been happily addressed if conduct was kept reasonable and befitting a place of business. Sensor show problem, your team change wrong part , again , this is ridiculous and I’m not discussing for $150 dollars, but dispute talking about parts I’m not here to penny’s this unacceptable for a Cadillac, I will never return or recommend this dealer, they are bad people and not the Brand I trust
