70K maintenance and Above and Beyond effort from Svc Advisor Jason in the Service department had my CTS service and repairs completed promptly but then had to deal with an extended warranty related issue that to Jason in the Service department had my CTS service and repairs completed promptly but then had to deal with an extended warranty related issue that took considerable effort. A warrenty service on the dashboard there was a defect of the dash on passeger side the day i picked up my new car i noticed it after i left the dealership so i went back and was told th there was a defect of the dash on passeger side the day i picked up my new car i noticed it after i left the dealership so i went back and was told they had to order the part.I got a loaner till monday and picked up the car.I have been coming to Val Ward since 2013 and i think the service dept is excelent my advisor Craig is great.In the sales dept Tom Knoche is a good salesman my next lease I will deal with him again I think he got me a good deal.
