Awesome service I walked into the dealership just to get some ideas of what a new Denali truck would cost, after getting some great help and a very informative tour o I walked into the dealership just to get some ideas of what a new Denali truck would cost, after getting some great help and a very informative tour of the lot I ended up loving one of the trucks for sale. I went back inside and talked to the general manager Mr. Parisi and he was more than helpful. He was able to get me into the truck I wanted and I was able to drive it home in less than an hour. I felt like I was family from the moment I went in to the moment I got home, even all the finalized paper work I received in the mail later in the week had scribble notes on it thanking me and wishing me luck with the new truck. I visited multiple other local dealerships and was treated like i was invisible. I was looking for a pickup at the other dealerships and they try pawning off a bunch of used sedans on me.. Walking into this gmc dealership I couldn't have been more happier, customer service was impeccable and I highly reccomend people to just visit. Thank you Larry and your team for getting me into my new Denali. More

Seemed to have NO interest in leasing me a car A went to dealership to look into an Acadia as I had seen one at another dealership. They told me one was being delivered the next day. I never heard from the salesperson so I called myself at noon and left message. I then called again at 5:15 pm and finally got salesperson who said the vehicle was there and that the dealership was open until 6 pm. I raced up to see the car and got there at around 5:45. I looked at car and asked salesperson if I could take for a quick drive. Just up and down street. She said sure and took my license inside. She came out 2 minutes later and said..."no can do". The manager wouldn't let me take for drive because it was too close to 6pm (closing time). I walked inside to manager and he said..."Hey pal....its too late to let you do a test drive. My alarm auto sets and we have to get out of here". I told him I wanted to drive it for less than 5 minutes, Just up and back down street. He again said there was no way because the "alarm would set". I told him he cost his salesperson a sale. I then went to another dealership (different type vehicle) up the street and looked at a car there quickly. When I was done it was 6:15 so I decided to drive back to the Acadia dealership. Amazingly...there were still people inside and the "alarm hadn't set". The salesperson and sales manager were generally helpful but the General Manager clearly didn't care whether I got my car from them or not. If that was the attitude I was going to get as a new client....I figured it would set the tone for anything else I may need from them. I have never run into a general manager of a dealership so disinterested in selling a car to a new client. More

Based on that, would not even stop there to buy a cup of coffee. Took insurance money and used it to purchase an Acura MDX--- much better car anyhow. More

They told me they would look into it and get back to me within an hour. It's 5 days later and I have not heard from them. If they want to roll me into a new lease, it's not going to happen. I will deal with a dealer who is responsive to their customers. More
I was leasing a car from another mfr and the mileage was getting high so I turned it in early. Due to the miles I am driving I decided to buy my next car. I wanted to keep my costs low and I had some issues with my credit so I wasn't sure if I could get a good car or end up driving a beater! These guys are great. I was able to get a pre-owned 2012 Chrysler 200 and they got my credit approved with a very reasonable rate and payment with a down payment that I could easily manage! To say I am happy with this dealership is an understatement! Would I recommend this dealership to anyone else...ABSOLUTELY! They are like a hidden gem and worth whatever drive it takes to get there. More
