Hello Jeff, This letter is in response to your review you posted on DealerRater.com recently. We were quite surprised by your comments as we have reached out to you and your wife many more times than the 3 you mention. Customer contact has a fine line of what people perceive as too much contact or too little contact and everyone is different in their thoughts about this. We try hard to keep ourselves in front of customers especially at the end of their leases when there are special programs in place but we don't want to be too pushy about it either. We have reached out to discuss your upcoming lease termination and lease pull ahead programs which would enable us to pull you out of your lease several months early several times. Myself and two other staff members have emailed and called you and your wife and on a few of those occasions were not able to leave a voicemail as your mailbox said it was full and wasn't accepting any more messages and to please call back at another time. You mention it has been 5 days since you have had any contact. We spoke to the salesperson working with you and your wife, and she said that she had a conversation with your wife and that your wife was going to talk to you about the details and then she would have you contact us back when it was convenient for your schedule. Stacy said that she hadn't heard back from you since the conversation with your wife so she sent out a follow up email. We apologize if you feel we haven't been responsive, as we are a very responsive dealership and do take care of our customers very well and have done so since we opened in 1991.
