Claire is responsive and attentie I had dealt with another Buick dealer who could care less when I was in the showroom. No one even introduced themselves. Their attitude was so poor I had dealt with another Buick dealer who could care less when I was in the showroom. No one even introduced themselves. Their attitude was so poor that I was going to walk away from dealing with Buick altogether. I called Vail and spoke with Claire Miller who was 180 degrees different. She was attentive, she gave me the feeling that she wanted my business. She was responsive to my questions, worked through a number of details with me and followed up with me. She didn't play games, she worked on the numbers with me and understood that I was shopping a number of brands in search of my next vehicle.
