The best dealership I've been to so far, and I've owned many different cars and makes of cars (both American and foreign)in my life, and have dealt with many different dealers. The service, support, knowledge and help was superior. There were no games or nonsense. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. My previous car was a Honda. I paid almost double for that car. My new car, a Buick Terrain, costs half as much and is so much nicer. I also am glad to be back to an American car. The car is beautiful and runs so smoothly. The features are endless...much more than my Honda. This experience was actually a pleasure, something rare when we think of buying a car. Thank you, Vail Buick!!!! More
Very disappointed with my last experience. Let me start buy saying I am a local customer and a previous Vail customer. I shopped my car car with 2 other dealers on 117 and Vail gave me a price well below the other dealers. When I asked my sales guy why all he said was that is the number the GM of the dealership Larry felt my vehicle was worth. Speaking with Larry on my way out I felt I was getting the run around and he was not being honest with me. Needless to say I went to Minchen GMC in Stamford CT and was given significantly more for my trade. So with that being said Minchen is only a short drive for anyone looking for a better more honest deal. More

Sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They let me make a decision at my own pace. Dealership was more than willing to help me over the phone during our initial shopping, whereas most dealerships refuse to do this. They gave me price quotes, information, etc., and never tried to drag me in. Once we did make it up there in person, everyone took time to speak with us and help us out, including the general manager, sales manager, and finance manager. Each was more friendly than the next. They gave us top dollar for our trade, and were more than happy to locate the exact vehicle we wanted (they didn't have our color combo in stock - but they got it in literally 2 days). The actual delivery of the vehicle was top notch - the car was completely detailed, waxed, and spotless - gas tank was full - they took the time to show my wife how to work everything in the truck, even going past their closing time, without complaints or pushing us out the door. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future, and we love our 2012 GMC Acadia Denali! Will continue to recommend Rich and the others at Vail to friends and family. More
