Worst experience ever I've bought a few cars in my life, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I called the dealership early on a Tuesday to ensure the I've bought a few cars in my life, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I called the dealership early on a Tuesday to ensure the Truck that I was looking at online was there. They assured me it was. I got off work early to drive up to the dealearship. It was over an hour away from my work. When I get there, everyone seemed to be on autopilot and not in a hurry at all. I told them who I was and the person who was handling it was not there. She was on lunch. (It's after 2pm) Another guy came to help me after about 15 minutes and it turns out that the truck I came to look at was loaned out. They then continued my trade in appraisal and low balled me by 4,000 dollars! The entire trip was a complete waste of time. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I would stay clear if I were you. More

I knew the exact car that my wife and I wanted and Trey Smith and Willy Hurt were able to accommodate us.. Willy is a fine salesperson and when Trey came in to say hello we immediately recognized him as the sales manager from our first new car purchase from Vaden.; it was like an old time get together. The time spent with all of the formalities and negotiations were relaxing and in a way enjoyable. These gentlemen worked with us and we are very satisfied with the price that we paid. More
