Smooth transaction My appointment was late in the day for a recall issue. Ann (Service Mgr.) was pleasant and professional. I told Ann that it might be a few minutes aft My appointment was late in the day for a recall issue. Ann (Service Mgr.) was pleasant and professional. I told Ann that it might be a few minutes after 6:00 before I could get there to pick up. (They close at 6:00) She arranged for my car to be waiting and my paperwork and keys would be with the Sales department. And, lo and behold, that is what happened. The car was parked outside and the Sales receptionist had my paperwork and she knew I was expected. Sales Reception was pleasant and efficient. Smooth transaction means happy customer. The multi point check was a nice addition. Overall: very good I am very happy I did not have to wander around looking for someone to find my keys. I thought that this dealership had sent me some service coupons by email earlier in the week and I was going to have an oil change done if I could have gotten such good deals on this service. Unfortunately, the prices were not what I was hoping for. Maybe next time. More
