Great new car buying experience We just made our first local new car purchase since moving from Ohio to Hilton Head Island SC. Having been a GM dealer in Ohio, I know a little something about car sales and service. Vaden knocked this sale out of the park. Jeremy Bender and Cliff Smalls were exceptional. They were fair and negotiable with pricing and even better with customer care. My wife and I found our go to dealership! The short drive from HHI was well worth it. Vaden even delivered our new GMC DENALI to our driveway. Now that is over the top! TY!! More

2019 GMC Acadia Denali IM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO! My experience at this particular car dealership has been very UNSAT. Prior to getting my 2019 GMC IM ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO! My experience at this particular car dealership has been very UNSAT. Prior to getting my 2019 GMC Acadia Denali, my father – 28 years in the Marine Corps - Chief Warrant Officer 4, bought 4 of our family’s cars from this dealership. Unfortunately, last year my father passed away. So in December, I went to the only dealership I knew to purchase my car with my sister and I. Mind you, I have a 785 credit score so I thought getting my first car would not be a problem at all. After purchasing my car, I was told by my dealer – (when called to ask for the dealers name, I was given the run around again and “computers began to shut down” and they had no way of letting me know who sold this car to me) that it would be detailed and ready for pick up in 2 hours. The next morning to my surprise it was not detailed and had noticeable markings on my car indicating that it in fact was not detailed. In that discovery, I was told by the dealer, that he would pay for GMC blacked out plates to make up for any confusion AS LONG AS I completed the GMC review for him and put in a good word. Needless to say, I never got those GMC plates. I even called up a few weeks later, and was told that he in fact never put in the order for the plates Furthermore, about 3 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASING MY CAR, the paint of my steering wheel began to chip, sunroof was bulging in places that it shouldn’t be (refer to pictures and videos) .... Had to send my car down to Beaufort from Columbia to get that fixed. NOW for a 2019 GMC DENALI that I literally haven’t had for a full month to be falling apart like that really pissed me off. Moving forward, to further show that they did not detail my car prior to giving it to me, I had substantial paint messing from the hood of my car – all explained to me by another dealership in Columbia that it was due to whoever I got my car from DID NOT DETAIL IT – that dealership being Vaden of Beaufort So I had to send to get my car fixed again. Another inconvenience, more wasted mileage on my car, and just UNSAT service and given the run around from a dealership, my dad thought highly of. Additionally, within the last 2 months, I have had the inside interior pull separate from the car – again, just more issues that I should not be dealing with in a brand new 2019 GMC DENALI vehicle. Even my interaction with other staff members such as Ryan Tindall, and Jenna A. have been not very professional, and often times I could hear them laughing on the phone during conversations or forgetting to call or email back until days later. For example, I emailed ryan about house keys left in the loaner car, and he never emailed back. Overall, I felt as though I was constantly given the run around by this dealership and I ENCOURAGE anybody looking to purchase from this dealership to think twice. More
