Warranty is a SCAM and Service is TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY!!!!! 100% SCAM!!!! I bought my car this year from Vaden of Beaufort. I was persuaded into getting a warranty through the dealers DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY!!!!! 100% SCAM!!!! I bought my car this year from Vaden of Beaufort. I was persuaded into getting a warranty through the dealership for my car. I was told when I bought the car with the warranty that if anything needed to be fixed or if I got a flat tired everything would be covered. This is not the case. As soon as my car hit 100,000 miles a code 52 kept popping up. I googled it and it said it was the timing belt. I went to Vaden of Beaufort with my concern and even had a chat with a technician and was assured that was not the issue. It turns out I was correct and that was the issue. I assumed this would be covered under the warranty because I was told everything would be covered. And timing belts are not, because they are considered maintenance. Even though I can get my oil changed there for free which is also maintenance. But that's besides the point. Getting a warranty there is a SCAM!!! Also I dropped my car off to get a diagnostic test done in the morning. I had an appointment. And it took them 5 HOURS to do a diagnostic scan. I called three times and was told that my Service Advisor Rick would call me back. Never heard a word. I had to also pay for them to diagnose my car when I already knew what was wrong with it. More
