Great service, minor miscommunication I had an appointment for service at 2pm. I arrived on time and requested the shuttle to take me home as the service was expected to take 2-3 hours. I I had an appointment for service at 2pm. I arrived on time and requested the shuttle to take me home as the service was expected to take 2-3 hours. I received a phone call at 3:45pm to go over inspection findings and service pricing. The representative, Lynn, informed me that she would call me when the services were complete. The next call I received was at 5:30pm. It was Lynn informing me that my services were almost complete and that the office closes at 6pm so I should start making my way back to get my vehicle. I requested a return shuttle ride and was informed that the shuttle stops running at 4pm. This left me with no way to get my vehicle (apart from paying for a ride service). Lynn apologized for the miscommunication and took my payment over the phone and arranged for my vehicle to be left on the lot with the keys locked inside so I could pick it up later in the evening when I was able to arrange a ride. Although it all worked out in the end, it was stressful and could have been avoided if I would have been informed of the shuttle schedule when I used it to be taken home prior to the service. More

Unexpected Tire repair After spending a week in the Beaufort area I was on my way home to Florida. While still in town my tire pressure warning came on. Since I have been ha After spending a week in the Beaufort area I was on my way home to Florida. While still in town my tire pressure warning came on. Since I have been having trouble with the sensors in my car I initially thought it could wait until I got home.......however facing 3 hours on Rte. 95 I thought better of it. Drove to the service department, explained the problem, and they took my car in to check it out. Turns out I had run over a nail and the tire needed repair. The repair was done and only $30.00 and 2 hours later I was on my way. Can't say enough about your service dept. More

Quite frankly I was sold on another vehicle and was ready to pull the trigger on that vehicle. One major factor in my looking favorable on the other vehicle was the fact that it was built in the US. However, after a great deal of discussion with the sales rep and his willingness to to go the extra mile made me change my mind and stay within the GM family. If I should deal with Vaden again in the future I would hope that I could again deal with Bruce. He has been very helpful and has offered to help in the future if I should need it. More
