The technicians and service people are not trained enough about a vehicle they supposedly represent. If they only look for the computer code or engine light to come on to diagnosis a car problem, then maybe about a vehicle they supposedly represent. If they only look for the computer code or engine light to come on to diagnosis a car problem, then maybe they should not be working a specific dealer. I have brought my car there ans they state that regardless of what the problem was if light doesn't come on or it doesn't code,then there is nothing they can do and nothing must be wrong. Until it smokes up or breaks down, in which when then happened on my way home, it still did not have a light come on or code. And it didn;t take a rocket scientist to see something was wrong with the car. Take your time with your customers and actually try to value their business, after all, they are the ones that are keeping you in business!!!! More
