Sales I recently visited Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head and was greeted by Mike Willis right away. I was in the market for an SUV and Mike ask me several quest I recently visited Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head and was greeted by Mike Willis right away. I was in the market for an SUV and Mike ask me several questions and found out just what I needed.We test drove and I loved the vehicle. I decided to buy the vehicle after the General Manager came over to greet me and he gave me an outstanding offer. I found Mike and David to be outstanding and very personable folks. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thanks More

The GM Insulted Me I was signing the paperwork to purchase a vehicle. When it came time to go over the financing, the numbers had changed and my payment was going to in I was signing the paperwork to purchase a vehicle. When it came time to go over the financing, the numbers had changed and my payment was going to increase by about $20. I was already at my maximum payment before the change, so I tell the General Manager and the Finance guy that the payment is too high so I am not going to purchase the vehicle. The General Manager proceeds to say,"you're going to let this deal fall through over $20/month? Then the insult. He then says, "how 'bout I come by your house every month and throw you a few dollars??" The General Manager's name is Dave and he is obviously very unprofessional. I have never been so insulted in this type of situation. Obviously, after the insult, I immediately left. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP WHILE THE GENERAL MANAGER IS STILL EMPLOYED THERE. NEVER!! More
