A very satisfied Customer!!! I purchased my vehicle(2013 BMW x5) on August 1st of this year and absolutely loved it. A month later I began to experience an engine oil leak nuisanc I purchased my vehicle(2013 BMW x5) on August 1st of this year and absolutely loved it. A month later I began to experience an engine oil leak nuisance. I then contacted my salesmen (Benny Young) who immediately reported my complaint to his GM(David Edridech) and the service manager (David) who were very very very great guys and obviously very caring gentlemen!! Long story short, my vehicle was serviced by the dealership at no cost to me at all. Most dealership's wouldn't repair something as simple as a tire after the deal is finalize.(As I've experienced previously) I am very very grateful and appreciative that they care about their customers genuinely. Also a special thanks to David Helm in sales for his helping hand as well.( I know a lot of David's) I also recieved a loaner vehicle while my SUV was being serviced. I also want to think the guys over in the service department for all they've done. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone in need of a vehicle. These guys are truly amazing!! If I could give them 1,000 stars, I most definitely would!!!
