I was waiting and watching for someone to try to pull one over on me. Then Thely walks over and listens to what I was looking for in the car and started grabbing keys for me to check them out. She never tried to sell me on something that was out of my price range hoping I would fall in love with it, and if I said I didnt like the car, she factored that into what she showed me next. I couldn't have asked or hoped for more when buying my first new car. This is the third car that my family has gotten from this Nissan dealership and we have yet to leave unhappy or feeling tricked.
