Vaden does it again First off I bought a brand new 2017 maxima when I took it home the silver bar on the trunk fell off because it was being held in place by tape. Bro First off I bought a brand new 2017 maxima when I took it home the silver bar on the trunk fell off because it was being held in place by tape. Brought it in and it was fixed but what the tech didn't mention Is the truck area where the Nissan emblem is placed is slightly dented in. This car was damaged in transit, not inspected, and put on the lot prepped with duct tape and sold to me as brand new. Now, I must admit it was my fault being in a rush for a vehicle and made a purchase in the evening hours. Assuming I'm getting a new undamaged car. But honesty is too much to ask for. Fast forward to today, I have been complaining about my GPS for the longest. It takes me on the strangest routes and sometimes just freezes up. So, when I checked the GPS it says maps installed were from 2014-2015 version... really. Mentioning this to customer service the only thing she suggest is a pay for 100 diagnostic then pay 100 more for the updated maps, Thanks. I have chosen Nissan for my last 3 vehicles....I want to thank you for leaving this bad taste in my mouth because every time I look at the dented emblem, which causes water to drip through and cloud my camera, I get mad all over again. More

Great customer service, prices and financing Went to get my first car after being without a car for a long time. Salesman Eric Payne and Manager Trey Slauson helped me. Both went beyond their capacity to help me get the car. They really listened to what I wanted. I was interested in another car that was in Brunswick and they told me they could get the car for me, but I told them that I also liked another one in the dealer, which was a better option at the end because it was cheaper, newer and with less mileage. I got me a Nissan Rogue with warranty and all the whistles. They were super friendly. They really listened to what I wanted and did not try to persuade me to buy another car like another manager in another dealer tried to do. They were super patience with me because I liked two cars, but when they told me the difference in price, mileage, and warranty is was easier for me to decide. They also worked with my budget and did not try to push me to get anything beyond my budget. All the process was super fast, including the financing. Rebecca in the financing department was also really helpful and explained everything really well before I signed anything. This is the second Nissan that I buy from them and I recommend it to anyone. I am 100 % satisfied with the service. More
