Bought a 2021 Nissan and dealership is giving push back on repairing physical damage annotated at time of delivery. Really? Also, dealership called to give me an amount for the cashiers check and they la on repairing physical damage annotated at time of delivery. Really? Also, dealership called to give me an amount for the cashiers check and they later increased the price. In my opinion, HONESTY and INTEGRITY appears to be an issue at this particular dealership. Dominic Box and his General Manager changed dramatically after the sale and I had complaints. The General manager went so far as to keep my front team license plate in retribution for voicing my concerns wi after the sale and I had complaints. I live 3 hrs away in Atlanta and due to Covid the vehicle was delivered to my location at night (my vehicle is black) so I couldnt get a good look until the next day. More

Friday I went to try and purchase a 2015 Honda Accord. I drove three hours away from my hometown and my salesman did not mentioned that the car was sold. I was very hurt by crying out to the salesmen on why drove three hours away from my hometown and my salesman did not mentioned that the car was sold. I was very hurt by crying out to the salesmen on why he done what he done by not letting me know. Only because I already placed insurance on the car and had everything ready on my end. The salesman himself called not only my bank that morning but he also called me that afternoon to verify was the deal still on. He knew I was a hour and thirty minutes away with my check to purchase the car. I was definitely upset and want apologize to the other salesmen because it was not their fault that my salesman done unprofessional business. It really hurt not me but the lady that works at my bank who got me the check ready. It was really a waste of my time and her time. Also while the other salesman was trying to make it work out they informed me that my salesman was not there and I was like I just got off the phone with him like a hour ago. This whole situation truly hurt me because I was needing a car because I’m in school and I work so I needed transportation. Once again I’m sorry for cussing and showing out towards the other salesmen. More

This was at the start of an east coast road trip. Was told that no codes popped and they were unable to diagnose the issue. They wrote it off as a software glitch and still mentioned that they could charge me for the service fee. I asked about a rental vehicle so that they could keep the car to further diagnose, but they said that I would be charged for the rental in its entirety. Turns out that this issue does not pop any codes anyways, which should have been evident to them from my first service. Was told to stick to highways and avoid stop and go traffic. Waste of my time and ridiculous service for a car that was less than a year old. Follow up: car overheated again five months later. Radiator fan assembly and motor replaced again.... More
