The worst customer service I have ever experienced! They won't call you back, or fix what they promised to fix. Never buy a used car from them. Will say anything to sell you a car that have problems. Went to this store to get away from the store close to fort Stewart. Army locations and dealerships don’t mix. Bought a car and all was ok. The car I bought the next day had the water pump go out. Caused the engine to over heat. Coolant everywhere. Front and rear actuators going bad. Detail job after purchasing was horrible. After talking to the dealer, no rental offered. They had the car all day no test of their own ran. Slow process. After you buy they don’t care. Never called me to update. I had to call them. Neither the salesman or the sales manager reached out. Horrible feeling. Wish I didn’t give them business period. Sure were nice up until the sale was final then nothing mattered. I would give 0 stars if I could. More
Vaden Nissan Savannah it's horrible. I called in advance to purchase a vehicle and Nick - Sales Manager, assured me the vehicle was there. Once at the dealership, he said the vehicle was sold; immediately after that he tried to push a different vehicle on me. I went home and researched and found the car that NICK said was sold in Statesboro. Nick should not be in sales. I was ready to go and purchase a vehicle in Grainger if it wasn't for my boyfriend who talk me into going to Vaden Nissan Statesboro where the treated me right. I would seriously stay away from Vaden Nissan Savannah... Terrible experience, terrible having to deal with a liar... More

I bought a Chevy Traverse from Vaden Nissan on August 19th. The process has been painful to say the least. To this day, I have had it in my possession a total of a week and a half due to mechanical issue 19th. The process has been painful to say the least. To this day, I have had it in my possession a total of a week and a half due to mechanical issues they are now refusing to fix, including parts they have had to replace already. I have had the worst communication with their team, and they are have been the worst customer service. The car has warranty, and that was denied to fix said issues. They have had the car now for the 5th time since October 10th, and are now refusing to fix the issues that Vaden Chevrolet has identified. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have had with a dealership, and hope no one else goes through these issues as well. On top of that, I understand policies change, but do not tell someone they will be given a loaner for the mistakes they missed, then turn around and tell someone there are no more loaners. Be very careful since they obviously knew there were issues when selling this traverse to me, and absolutely ignored it, and did not give me any information about said issues or any type of warning. Good luck. More
Poor service. Poor communication. Overcharged me and did not fix the issue. I have two Nissan/Infiniti and will drive an hour away for future service rather than Poor communication. Rip OFF. I had an issue with the switch on my heating system, literally a $75 fix. After flushing the coolant system which had already been done by my tune-up I had an issue with the switch on my heating system, literally a $75 fix. After flushing the coolant system which had already been done by my tune-up mechanic, replacing the thermostat and charging me $800, Vaden then tells me that they need to pull the dash out of the truck to get to the accuator which will cost another $800. I stopped them and took my truck to someone I trust who found the problem with the switch. It's a shame that this company would rather over charge the consumer of their products when their cars malfunction. I love my Nissan truck, but will never take it back to the service department at Vaden Nissan of Savannah. More
I purchased my new Nissan Pathfinder (2017) from the dealership in Bluffton and have been disappointed in the service response. There have been several issues but the last issue is the one that was una dealership in Bluffton and have been disappointed in the service response. There have been several issues but the last issue is the one that was unacceptable, I scheduled a recall service in August for November 17th for ABS review. I received regular updates each month to remind me of the appointment including one of November 16. When I got to the dealer and checked in the service rep acknowledged my appointment and called the parts department and then advised that they didn't have the parts to complete the recall. That was unacceptable after after making an advance appointment. I was advised that they would reschedule my service and let me know. It is almost 2 full months since that contact and I have heard nothing. I also had a bad experience on a rear brake replacement job this past summer. I will be doing my service in the future on Hilton Head Island where I reside, since I have lost confidence in your dealership. More
DO NOT PURCHASE a car from them. When I first went to them to buy a car they gave me a lot of their time and energy and made me feel like they have your best interest, but after you purchase your vehicle them to buy a car they gave me a lot of their time and energy and made me feel like they have your best interest, but after you purchase your vehicle they are not going to care about you or your car when you leave. My car broke down 2 weeks after I purchased it and after speaking to Dhru who I purchased the car from about the car having a gas leak. I was given the run a round. I spoke to the manager in the used car department (Justin or Jeff) and also a female manager from I don’t even know department and also got the run around and was told nothing but it’s 100% my responsibility and nothing they can do. My car has been broke down since Dec. 2nd and I purchased the car Nov 16th and I’m just now receiving the proper paperwork from the dealership so I can get the car fixed myself. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was just so astonished I had to. Mayb More
