VERY BAD ATTITUDES from sales man to financial manager. Most DISHONEST people. I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this dealership or come back to this HORRIBLE PLACE. I REGRET I went to this place. My suggestion to buyers look at reviews if you see 2 or more BAD REVIEWS 99.009 percent it's ACCURATE. Go somewhere else. Honesly it does NOT DESERVE even a single STAR. We told him that that was not the way to treat people, and we talked to the manager and he didn't do or say anything about his employee's bad attitude abd unprofessionalism. The manager respondedthat he didnt want to sale a car to us because we were waisting his time just because we said we would think about his quote. I usually come here to get car service for my Honda Accord and was happy with my service but after today's abussive and bad customer service I'll tKe my business somewhere else. I scheduled my appt online and he told me Im not on the system and their online wont allow them to see appointments! So whats the point of having online appt if you dont know how to access or you wont honor the appointment? That is stupid! So I went to jiffy lube at Monte Vista and got my oil changed done in 30 mins! Staff were very helpful, pleasant and respecful! I definetly happy with the service and recommend jiffy lube! Im not going back to Vacaville Honda!! No way, stay away from that place!!! More

Bought a new van from them 2 months ago already been to their service department 6 times to get 3 small warranty items fixed and still not one has been fixed. There is a reason my wife and I have purchased 11 vehicles at Vacaville Honda! Not only are they fair, straight forward, and have a great selection, but the staff is the least "car salesman" like tha vehicles at Vacaville Honda! Not only are they fair, straight forward, and have a great selection, but the staff is the least "car salesman" like that I have ever encountered. Its always a great experience going to Vacaville Honda and we always come away with a great car at a great price. Thanks guys and keep up the great work! More
I love this Dealership! I just bought my 3rd Honda from this dealer (2010 Honda Civic) and I couldn't be more happy. I went to another dealer in the area just to check it out and I didn't last 5 minutes. this dealer (2010 Honda Civic) and I couldn't be more happy. I went to another dealer in the area just to check it out and I didn't last 5 minutes. Everyone at Vacaville Honda is great and easy to deal with. I'm big on Customer Service and they do a great job. Charlie was my salesperson and Jared was the manager. They both were awesome. I get my other Hondas serviced there and their service department is great. Be sure to ask for either Nate or Patty in service. If you are a normal guy like me just looking for a good deal and to be treated professionally, Vacaville Honda is the place! More
