OMG!!! If u think VIP is bad try talking to the Consumer problem office in California. Girl was fresh from the get go. Said we must have pulled the part out to try and fix it and sprayed something all over it....??? Finished with "we have the final say and the answer is no, I'll be hanging up now" and she did. So of course we are done with Honda. We buy every 3 years and have NEVER had a problem with a dealership or company like this. By the way, the part was fixed at a local gas station for $25.00 in 15 minutes. It was a broken clip behind the part and it's working great now...live and learn

Would like to note that the salesperson was actually a nice and decent person, and I would have bought from him. That line "the answer is no" was such a turn-off, that they lost a sale. And while it is true that many dealers Do add on scam prices to their internet prices, many do not. You just have to check in with them very clearly what they add and what they don't. I wouldn't be surprised if, when it came down to running numbers, that Stewart and VIP began adding on these numbers as well. So now I have a new car, and it was from someone willing to work with us, and delivered a car that did not look like utter-- you know the word.
