All were very professional as we looked at used car alternatives for my daughter who is just about to get her license. William was exceptionally helpful. He showed us a car which was exactly what we alternatives for my daughter who is just about to get her license. William was exceptionally helpful. He showed us a car which was exactly what we wanted and offered us a fair price for that. We had no trouble at all with an of the paperwork or purchase steps. William is very professional and friendly throughout the process. I will say, however, that the experience would have been slightly better had the dealership pointed out a dent in the car (we noticed it as soon as we got home); as well as given us a little more gas. As far as the dent, it would not have prevented us from buying the vehicle, but it was sold without mention at all. Furthermore, the dealer should indicate that there is little gas in the tank and offer to fill it (it doesn't even have to be for free!). We were so excited about the new car that we didn't notice that the gas registered on E until we got home. We hoped we could get to a gas station without incident (which we did). Overall, though, the experience was good and I would recommend this dealership. Next time, however, I know two additional questions to ask! "Does the car have any dents or nics?" and "How are we on gas!?" More
I was an incredibly well-researched buyer. I had visited multiple Honda dealerships in the area (including Open Road Honda and Garden State Honda) and was totally disappointed in their lack of customer serv multiple Honda dealerships in the area (including Open Road Honda and Garden State Honda) and was totally disappointed in their lack of customer service. Not only did these places give me a reason to buy elsewhere, they genuinely didn't care about earning my business...even at a midnight madness event!!! From the moment I began my interaction with VIP Honda, that all changed. First, Martin was understanding of my tight financial situation and offered to price match (and even price beat!) over the phone. He hadn't even met me and already, he was going out of his way to treat me like family. THIS is customer service, people. Then, when I went in to see my car, William James went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. He was personal, friendly, and just an all-around great guy. That night, I sat with Martin and William past closing (remember...they had been there all day!) and talked through the purchase of this car. The weather turned in to thundershowers that night, and I expressed my discomfort in driving home that night. No problem. They offered to keep it for me overnight and have me come back at my earliest convenience. The next day, I came back in and met with John Castellanos. Anyone who has ever purchased a car knows that sometimes, the hidden fees and all of the financing can be overwhelming. John was the most unbelievably patient and helpful person! He sat with me for TWO HOURS and let me run every single number until we came up with a combination that I was comfortable with. Even after everything, there was no pressure to purchase the car. No one ever made me feel like I was annoying them or being an inconvenience to them. This is a stark contrast to Garden State Honda, who didn't even want to pull a car out of the showroom for me to test drive!!! I am thrilled with VIP Honda and strongly recommend that you give them a chance to earn your business. I am the proud owner of a Honda CRV now and I just love it! Looking forward to buying our next car from VIP Honda. More

We were very nervous about going because of prior experiences at other dealers but Janet was so friendly and so sweet she made us feel like her friend. She was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles. We couldn't decide between the Civic or the Pilot but Janet said the Pilot would be better for our lifestyle and she was right! We LOVE our new car!!! We had a certain amount of money we could work with and Janet was able to make things happen for us. I will absolutely go to VIP Honda in the future and see Janet again for our future car buying needs!! Thank you again More
