My husband and I were skeptical when began our search for a used minivan. Although we narrowed our search to the 2010 Honda Odessey or 2010 Toyota Sienna (both good vehicles with excellent ratings), we were a used minivan. Although we narrowed our search to the 2010 Honda Odessey or 2010 Toyota Sienna (both good vehicles with excellent ratings), we were rather pessimistic about the experience we would encounter. Honestly, we still had a bad taste in our mouths from a past "car salesmen nightmare" that we survived when purchasing our Chrysler Town & Country in 2000. As the "hesistant wife," I encouraged my husband to consider using a different approach this time around. I suggested we avoid dealerships and try 'new age technology' such as e-bay or craigslist. He wasn't thrilled with the idea and as a compromise, he agreed to handle the first phase of the search if I agreed to consider dealerships. At the end of the first phase, he identified 2 dealerships (VIP Honda in North Plainfield and another Honda dealership in Langhorne, PA). I relunctanly visited both locations. Much to my delight, I was pleasantly surprised with the staff at VIP Honda. My experience at VIP Honda was vastly different from Langhorne, PA. My husband and I were immediately struck by how much the VIP Honda staff seemed to genuienly enjoy their jobs!! No hard sales pitches from down trodden staff desperately seeking to meet quotas. Instead, the staff was warm, hospitable, professional, upbeat, genuine and friendly. For example, David Ogega voluntarily sat with me for at least 1/2 hour in our Honda Odessey troubleshooting a navigation system issue. Nelson Kawuki meticulously ensured that the Odessey was cleaned to our satisfaction and identified other fixes that even we somehow overlooked. Overall, our experience with VIP Honda was outstanding (and a tremendous relief in comparison to past encounters with 'dealerships.') Although we will have to travel a bit farther, we plan to continue our relationship with VIP Honda by getting our Odessey serviced at their location. After all, at the end of the day, the importance of "trust" is much more important than travelling a few extra miles. GREER FAMILY More

After reading rave reviews from multiple online resources I called Janet Ghazouani at VIP Honda, told her which vehicle I was interested in and what time I could make it there after work that evening. Even though she worked all day prior, Janet stayed past time she was supposed to leave (and eventually past closing) she never made us feel rushed. She transferred the vehicle from their other lot and it looked really clean so she may have even had it cleaned prior to our arrival. She answered every question and took care of our every need to assure that we got the car we wanted. Ivan the Sales Manager was also peasant to work with. At one point I had packed up and was out the door because we couldn't come to an agreement on how much they were going to give me for our trade and how much I was willing to pay for the new vehicle. When Ivan saw that I was quite knowledgeable about the costs and prices we were able to work out our differences, he let me know that there was a little more wiggle room and after running some additional numbers I presented him with a final offer that he accepted. I've dealt with MANY Auto Sales Mgrs in the past. They will often talk down to you and MANY of them will not budge for of a matter of pride and are more willing to see you walk out the door than to work with you when you challenge their "final offer". Ivan was very respectful and helpful and worked with us until we reached a deal that I was happy with. All around a good experience. More
Janet was amazing. She was unlike any salesperson I have ever met. She took me on a tour of the dealership and I was quite impressed with that. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Janet to anyone looking for a salesperson who has the customers interest in mind. She was so dedicated to making me feel accommodated, I just was that amazed by her. I had a very unpleasant experience with this dealership. I was looking to lease a Civic and found a good lease deal on their website. When I called to inquire about the deal on the website I was told that I was looking to lease a Civic and found a good lease deal on their website. When I called to inquire about the deal on the website I was told that they have to send me a quote from their internet department. They sent a quote for the lease payment that we even better. So I thought! When I went to the dealership the first sales person that I spoke with immediately said that the quote that I received required a large down payment. When I became frustrated the manager came over and pointed out that the fine print in the quote noted that it included a number of special incentives (which most people will not be eligible for). I then realized that the "better" quote that they sent after inquiring about the ad from their website was in fact a worse deal. This is a classic case of bait and switch. I am very glad that I walked out. More
I went into VIP Honda .I was joyously greeted by Janet. She went out of her way to accomodate me. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was so impressed with her ability to keep my attention. She told me about the awards the dealership had obtained, and also all about the owner Mr. Bill Vince. Janet told me that he comes to the dealership on a daily basis and meets and greets all of his guests in the showroom.With this warmth she exuberated i felt like part of the VIP family.On a personnel level i would like to say that i was going through a very sad time in my life,but when i was with Janet for those couple of hours she completely made me forget all about my hardships and made me laugh and smile , which i haven't done in a very long time. Wow!! Janet won us over at hello. When we decided it was time for a new car we dreaded the fact that we had to embark on this adventure. You see we always had experienced the typical sales person, i'm sure time for a new car we dreaded the fact that we had to embark on this adventure. You see we always had experienced the typical sales person, i'm sure you know what I mean. But, Janet was warm, friendly,and very hospitable. At one point I turned to my husband and said "smack me am I dreaming?" she was that amazing. We told Janet we wanted a CRV but were not sure which trim level we were interested in .Janet proceeded to pull up two trim levels and compared both of them side by side so we could have a better understanding of the differences. She answered every question we had and continued to ask us if we were sure of the differences. Then she said we will test drive both so you can experience both of them. ( At other dealers we were lucky we got to test drive they always talked us out of the test drive) But Janet talked us into driving both. We decided on the EX opposed to the LX , thanks to her educational demonstration. I want to tell the world what an amazing sales lady she is!! We loved our experience with her and would recommend anyone interested in a car to go see JANET!!! THANK YOU JANET!!!!!!! More
