I contacted the dealer and Janet made an appointment with me within two days. When I arrived there was no waiting, she offered a tour of the dealership and took me on a test-drive. I had researched the Honda CRV and she answered all questions well and offered advice on leasing vs. purchase. She offered me refreshments and went out of her way to make me comfortable. Her approach made me feel relaxed and not impatient. She told me about the awards the dealership had obtained and introduced me to the owner, Mr. Bill Vince, who spoke with me twice and demonstrated how important customer service is to the dealership. Janet told me that her reputation and customer service were of utmost value to her. I was particularly impressed with her professionalism and customer service, and all the more pleased because I had never dealt with a woman in vehicle sales before. The overall experience was a happy one, not a chore, as is most cases in securing a new vehicle. I drove off the lot the same day with the car that I wanted and a smile on my face. When I first called to inquire, the receptionist was able to provide good information and treated me very professionally. When I arrived at the dealership the car was indeed on the lot but the individual I was told to ask for was not there as it was his day off. I waited for a bit and was approached if I was being helped a number of times. I finally met David Otero and he was very attentive. He showed me the car, was knowledgeable on the product and immediately provided the keys and prepared for a test drive. He made us drive to the Used car lot and introduced me to Robert Eberbach the used car manager. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in, and was able to be direct on what my intentions were. Since I was talking to the manager directly the negotiations were direct and quick. I felt a fair price was reached and did not feel at all pressured or intimidated throughout the process. The finance department Juan Saldivar was also very comfortable to work with and was very informative on the various options available. The whole experience was very good and I would recommend this dealership again. More
