VIP Honda

I am a mother of two who is pregnant with twins - obviously, it was time to shop for a minivan! As a consumer, I pride myself on doing my research and not being afraid to travel to get the best deal obviously, it was time to shop for a minivan! As a consumer, I pride myself on doing my research and not being afraid to travel to get the best deal, so I shopped every dealership in a 50 mile radius online before visiting no less than four in person. VIP Honda stood out from the beginning. I was impressed with Robert E, the Used Car Manager, on the phone. He took time to ask me what my needs were and gave me great information that helped me finalize the model I wanted. And when I arrived in person, Nelson was a true gentleman to this very pregnant lady (one might think that everyone would be...I assure you, that was not the case). Unlike the other dealerships, Robert and Nelson showed that they were interested in my business without crossing over into pushy salesmanship. Nelson even tried to sell me a car that was less than my budgeted amount! I ended up with a great car that I love, at a fair price that I could live with. Moreover, the personalities of the staff of the Used Car Sales side of VIP Honda made the experience...dare I say...FUN. I enjoyed buying my car from these guys, and feel like I can contact Robert or Nelson anytime with any issue. I will definitely go to them again when it's time for a new, used car. On a side note: I had to take the car in for a service a few days after buying it to fix a small issue that we were aware of at the time of purchase. I dropped off the car after hours and was given a loaner that simply could not comfortably fit my belly (it sticks out a mile in front of me at the moment). General Sales Manager Phil Petris came to my rescue with swift and impressive problem solving: he gave me one of HIS cars to drive for the day! I guess great customer service trickles down... More
