low quality cars, low quality customer service I've been warned about this dealership but decided to check them out for myself. I took a look at few of their cars for sale because the "internet" price was attractive-found out why as clearly the cars were either rentals or abused and in very poor shape aside from their heavy wax job and tire shine - after working at a dealer for years, you get to know some sneaky tactics and this place is all about that as far as their used/certified business. I imagine with all their fees and indifferent sales people, a new car purchase wouldn't be much better. More

Rude, dishonest and NOT VIP AT ALL As soon as they think, they messed up with you, they give out completely wrong name of the employees so you can't complain about them on Dealerrater. Jose Pasqual is the name that was given to us but he is not an employee at VIP Honda....Alfred Deno is a liar and gave out numbers that weren't approved by his manager plus his Manager was really rude who agreed to one number before and when the customer is ready to pay that amount, they changed the number saying it's our fees!!!! Then they shoud give the final amount to the customer INCLUDING all the Fees not add the Fees afterwords once the customer is ready to write a check!!!!!! More
