It ended up that a guy from the other location was coming there then so I waited. The car is amazing! I drove home that night and couldn't be happier! Awful Experience Ever!! I recently bought a jeep wrangler from this dealer, since day one, when I test drove it I told the sales rep that the truck was making a weird noise, I recently bought a jeep wrangler from this dealer, since day one, when I test drove it I told the sales rep that the truck was making a weird noise, I was told it was the brakes because they were new. The sales rep told me he was gonna call the repair shop to make me an appointment to take the jeep in. A week went by and nothing. When I finally called the owner, he told me to take it to the Southampton dealer to get it looked at. When I went there the mechanic was unprofessional, he said he was gonna look at my truck and instead left with it for about 20 mins, came back with food and threw the keys at me and kept walking. When I called the owner to complain he said to me he was sorry and told me to take it to my own mechanic to get fixed and he'll pay the bill. I spend $920 on repairs, took the receipt back to him and he refused to pay the bill, only gave me a check of $200. I bought two cars within the same week from this dealer and this is how they treated me. The owner is a lier, doesn't keep his word, and is untrustworthy. I don't recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this place and/or take their car to their service shop in Southampton. More
