I leased a 2019 Jeep compass on 2/27/2019 from VIP Auto Lease at which time they took possession my 2016 Kia Forte EX and it's lease to return to the Kia dealership located at 1581 Hylan Blvd SI NY 1030 Lease at which time they took possession my 2016 Kia Forte EX and it's lease to return to the Kia dealership located at 1581 Hylan Blvd SI NY 10305 it never arrived to said location. It was not until I received notification my credit was ruined because of a charge of $29.175.00 from KIA, a car which VIP Auto Lease took possession and the responsibility of returning to KIA. VIP has been not responded to my repeated inquiry to rectify this situation. It appears the vehicle in question was located at Fred Beans Kia 1801 E Lincoln Highway ,Langhorne PA 19047 the report return date is listed as 10/15/2020 not March 2019. Where was the car all this time? Why was it in PA vs. Staten Island. Once they took the car from me which I have the receipt for they were to deliver to KIA and keep a record or their transaction to ensure it's delivery, this is not my responsibility. Once they took the car out of my hands our business ended. They have done nothing to rectify this problem I am now have the burden of a poor credit report due to their bad business practices. I DO NO RECOMMEND!!!!! More
