The fact that VIP Auto Group is located directly next door to SI Nissan made the deal even sweeter for me. Needless to say dealing with VIP Auto Group was a night and day difference. No BS, no scams, no gimmicks, no hand-off to a finance manager, no pressure to buy useless insurance. Everything was accomplished over the phone via calls, texts, and emails. All the paperwork was in order and ready to be signed the moment my wife and I went to pick up the car. This is my second car to get from them, the price was a lot less than any other dealership, the search process, the quote, the ease of signing the documents, and receiving the car was just amazing. It took me let than 15 minutes to sign all the documents and to receive the car.They got all the info ahead of time through emails and text messages, on the appointment, everything was just ready for me to sign and to receive the car. Two things made me happy this time: First, they got me the exterior and the interior colors I wanted with more options than I needed, because they have several sources to search for cars for their customers, unlike other dealers who want to sell you the car they have in their inventory (or will order it and wait 2-3 months). Second, I was given a rebate on the car, after all the discounts and great price I got, I thought this was already included in the discounted price, but the sales person told me that this was an additional rebate on top of all the discounts I received.
