I don’t write reviews but my experience with Triston Pryor was so unpleasant it deserves a review. Was unwilling to say hello when I entered or acknowledge my presence for several minutes. QuickLane is anything but, 3 total customers, staff standing around and approximately 30” for oil change & tire rotation. During the visit the other service advisor was telling a customer the crew had broken a lug nut key— customer could pay for a new one-when question was askasked “even though y’all broke it?” The answer was you get to pay, these things happen More

We were not pressured into anything, nor were we hit with any unexpected fees in the Fianance Manager's office. They made the process of buying a car a easy and stress-free as possible. They are as transparent as can be and Dale spent more time taking care of us that we probably deserved. More
